3. Non-Eligible Items for Return or Refund

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect as per Section 2, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or Used Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, once a product's seal is broken or the product has been used, it is not eligible for return or refund.
  • Products Past Return Window: Any claims made beyond the specified notification period (see Section 4).
  • Products Not Purchased Directly from Ranga King: We only process returns for items purchased directly from our official website.
  • Products Damaged by Customer Misuse: Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or use by the customer.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or if you simply do not like the flavor/strength after opening the product.
  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the product has left our facility. Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request

If your product qualifies for a return or refund based on the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: You must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Claims made after this period may not be honored.

    • Crucially, clear photographs or a short video showing the damaged/defective product or the incorrect item received, including the packaging. This is mandatory for processing your claim.
  3. Await Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Do not send products back to us without prior authorization.

5. Return Shipping

  • If a return is authorized due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Ranga King will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label or arrange for collection.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable) and securely packed to prevent further damage during transit.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor).
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if only a portion of the order was defective). Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

7. Exchanges

If your product is deemed damaged, defective, or incorrect and you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we will ship the correct replacement product to you at no additional cost after we have received and inspected the returned item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Order Cancellation
