We offer two primary shipping options to cater to your needs:

    • This is our most economical shipping option, ideal for regular orders.
  • Express Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days.
    • This expedited service is available in selected areas across India. During checkout, you will be able to see if Express Shipping is available for your pin code.
  • Please Note:
    • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
    • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural calamities, logistical challenges, or local restrictions.
    • Orders placed after our daily cut-off time (typically 2 PM IST) will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method, order value, and delivery location. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after successful payment and mandatory age verification.

7. Delivery Attempts

Delhivery will typically make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package may be held at a local Delhivery hub for pick-up or returned to us. In such cases, our customer service team will reach out to you. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Shipments: If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible, or make a note of the damage with the delivery person. Contact our customer service immediately with photographs of the damaged package and its contents.
  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours of the reported delivery time. We will initiate an investigation with Delhivery.
